Poker Gives Passes Baton to When Charity Works

WPoker-Hall-of-Famehen the elite in poker step up to do something selfless for others, it can only be a success. Poker Gives, founded by Jan Fisher, Lisa Tenner and Poker Hall of Famers Mike Sexton and Linda Johnson, they set out to raise funds for causes they believed in.  They raised thousands for charities like Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, Special Olympics Nevada, Paralyzed Veterans of America, Step by Step Foundation, Fallen Heroes USA, Three Square, Sunflower Children, American Cancer Society, Nevada Cancer Institute and so many more.  Now in their eighth year, they have passed the baton to When Charity Works to further the efforts of their work. Not only will WCW continue to serve these needy charities, but will also pick up on the established events held annually by Poker Gives such as National Poker Month, Annual Cupids for Charity NLH Tag-Team Tournament, Annual Sam Rothnagel Poker Classic and the Monster Mash Halloween Bash Poker Tourney and Costume Party.
